I’ve been reading Healthy Tipping Point recently, and one of the foods she raves about is pumpkin yogurt. Basically, equal parts canned pumpkin (not pie filling) and Greek yogurt, some pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg) and some kind of sweetener (she uses Agave Nectar).
