Diet Meal Delivery Service Reviews
Diet meal deliveries are a pretty popular choice among those with a few pounds (or more) to lose. To be honest, I’ve never thought too highly of them. First, I firmly believe that lifestyle change is the only permanent weight loss method there is. Diets just don’t work. They’re not sustainable for the long term, and no matter how successful you are on a diet, once you go off the plan, you will probably gain all the weight back.
I also believe that the path to good health is paved with fresh fruits and vegetables. Frozen, processed foods – when compared with whole foods – are lacking in nutrients, contain nutritionally bereft fillers, and tend to be high in sodium and sugar. Or worse, artificial sweeteners.
Just lately I’ve started to realize I’m thinking about this all wrong. In a perfect world we would all be eating fresh off the farm produce, grass fed beef, and free range chicken. But this is not a perfect world. We just have to do the best we can, and really, isn’t it better to lose weight and get fit with the help of ready-made meals then to stay fat and unhealthy? I certainly think so. If one of these plans helps you attain your goals, then you’ve won.
So to help you decide what’s right for you, I’ve asked people who are on these diets to share their experiences. I hope you find their comments helpful.
