Oh boy did those bagels (and bunches of other bad stuff) catch up with me. Looking forward to buckling down, getting some much needed exercise, and getting back on the health-food kick. I really enjoy eating healthy when I’m doing it. I just wish it wasn’t so damn easy to stop doing it.
